Singer and instrumentalist of the KOSY Band. Actress, singer, visual artist. A graduate of the Gardzienice Academy of Theater Practices in Lublin (Teatr Gardzienice) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław.
Since 14, fascinated by traditional music from all over the world and theater, in various arrangements and artistic projects she practices these two arts till now. Over the years colaborated with: Gardzienice Theater (Pl), Teatro Koreja (IT), Interkunst Instant Act (DE), Mercury Theater (GB) Jubilo (PL), Clay Pieśni (PL), Teatr Nowy in Słupsk (PL), World Music Orke of the National Forum of Music (PL), Vitamins A Laboratory (PL), Brave Festival – Brave Kids (PL) and many others.
She co-creates the KOSY Band and participates in various artistic projects as a freelancer. Instructor of vocal workshops and a seeker of all beautiful sounds that a person can sing. Currently, she is implementing projects with the Jubilo Foundation in cooperation with the Institute of Jerzy Grotowski in Wrocław.
Singer and instrumentalist of the KOSY Band. Musician, songwriter, singer and vocal trainer. Founder of the Voice Cabinet Studio (Gabinet Głosu), where she works as a voice emission trainer and therapist.
A graduate of the vocal class at the Wrocław School of Jazz and Popular Music and the vocal department in the field of Jazz and Popular Music at the State Higher School of Music in Nysa.
She performs with his own band Charles Pakowsky, where he composes, plays keyboards, hoop drums and theremini, sings and writes lyrics. Collaboration on projects: the International Eklektik Session Festival, the World Music Orchestra of the National Music Forum in Wrocław, PAMOJA Festival, Vitamin A Laboratory at the Capitol Music Theater, she sang in the jazz quartet The Sound Office in Poland and abroad, she collaborated with Wojciech Pilichowski, Piotr Damasiewicz, Trio Ngomads. Creates an original project with Robert Jarmużek, plays and sings with Shata Qs, leads the band Odgłosy. Together with the Flying Moses band, she supported the Sinead O’Connor concert in Poland.

Śpiewaczka i instrumentalistka Zespołu KOSY. Aktorka, wokalistka, twórca sztuk wizualnych. Absolwentka Akademii Praktyk Teatralnych Gardzienice w Lublinie oraz Akademii Sztuk Pięknych we Wrocławiu.
Od 14 roku życia zafascynowana muzyką tradycyjną z różnych części Świata oraz teatrem, uprawia te sztuki do dziś, w różnych konstalacjach i projektach artystycznych. Na przestrzeni lat zwiazana min.: Teatrem Gardzienice (Pl), Teatro Koreja (IT), Interkunst Instant Act (DE), Mercury Theatre (GB) Jubilo (PL), Gliniane Pieśni (PL), Teatr Nowy w Słupsku (PL), Orkeistra Muzyki Świata Narodowego Forum Muzyki (PL), Labolatorium Witaminy A (PL), Brave Festival – Brave Kids (PL)
i wiele innych.
Współtworzy zespół Kosy oraz uczestniczy w różnych projektach artystycznych jako freelancer. Instruktorka warsztatów wokalnych oraz poszukiwaczka wszelkich pięknych dźwięków jakie człowiek może wyśpiewać. Obecnie realizuje projekty z Fundacją Jubilo przy współpracy z Instytutem Im. Jerzego Grotowskiego we Wrocławiu.
Śpiewaczka i instrumentalistka Zespołu KOSY. Muzyk, autorka tekstów, pieśniarka i pedagog. Założycielka Gabinetu Głosu, gdzie pracuje jako trener emisji głosu i terapeuta. Absolwentka klasy wokalnej we Wrocławskiej Szkole Jazzu i Muzyki Rozrywkowej i wydziału wokalnego na kierunku Jazz i Muzyka Rozrywkowa w PWSZ w Nysie.
Występuje z autorskim zespołem Charles Pakowsky, gdzie komponuje, gra na klawiszach, bębnach obręczowych i theremini, śpiewa i pisze teksty. Współpraca przy projektach: Międzynarodowy Eklektik Session Festival, Orkiestra Muzyki Świata Narodowego Forum Muzyki
we Wrocławiu, PAMOJA Festival, Laboratorium Witaminy A w Teatrze Muzycznym Capitol, śpiewała w jazzowym kwartecie The Sound Office
w kraju i za granicą, współpracowała z Wojciechem Pilichowskim, Piotrem Damasiewiczem, Trio Ngomads. Tworzy autorski projekt
z Robertem Jarmużkiem, gra i śpiewa z Shatą Qs, prowadzi zespół Odgłosy. Wraz z zespołem Flying Moses supportowała koncert Sinead O’Connor w Polsce.

i Muzyki estradowej PWSZ w Nysie oraz Dolnośląskiej Szkoły Wyższej
w specjalności Dziennikarstwo Muzyczne.
Działała w: Slot Art Orchestra, Mix The Voices Of Europe, Veni Orchestra, Orkiestra Improwizująca, Bela Noc, Urbanator Days, CeTA MEDIA LAB: VJ Showcase, duo Phonoautographs, Mir. Prowadzi zajęcia wokalne i instrumentalne w swym NaNaNaa Studio. Tworzy Anastazja Sosnowska Trio. Działaczka społeczna, założycielka Stowarzyszenia Działań Kreatywnych ArteWeda z Lądka-Zdroju (Dolny Śląsk) pracującego na rzecz kultury regionalnej, sztuki i edukacji społecznej, szczególnie w tematyce praw człowieka.
Twórczyni Konsorcjum Organizacji Pozarządowych “Potrójna Inicjatywa L-Z” zrzeszającym lokalne NGO zajmujące się edukacją artystyczną,
pro kulturalną, pro regionalną i pro ekologiczną. Tworzy imprezy kulturalne w regionie i międzynarodowe projekty artystyczno-edukacyjne (Erazmus +: K1, K2).
Śpiewaczka i instrumentalistka Zespołu KOSY. Wokalistka, skrzypaczka, pedagog. Jest absolwentką Akademii Muzycznej im. Karola Lipińskiego we Wrocławiu. Zajmuje się pracą dziećmi, m. in. jako dyrygent orkiestry smyczkowej oraz instruktor śpiewu, wprowadzając je w świat muzyki na wielu jej płaszczyznach. Brała udział w takich projektach muzycznych jak Milczące Lasy, czy Młyn Jazz Festival, współpracując wówczas z wrocławską wokalistką Anją Sei.
Obecnie współtworzy autorskie trio Zyta Jones, w którym komponuje, śpiewa i pisze teksty.
